Sept 16: Indore-based snacks company Prataap Snacks will hit the stock markets with its public offering (IPO) on September 22. The IPO of Rs 482 crore is aimed at expansion of the company’s operations, said a report.
The company has a major market presence in India, and sells its snacks under the Yellow Diamond brand name. According to the report, Prataap Snacks has fixed the price band for the Issue between Rs 930 and Rs 938 per equity share.
Bids can be made for a minimum of 15 equity shares and in multiples of 15 equity shares thereafter. The Issue will close on September 26.
