BSE Sensex Continues Bullish Trend, Nifty Eyeing 11000

India’s bench mark stock indices BSE Sensex and Nifty continues its bullish trend tracking global cues, impressive Q3 results in some sectors and positive sentiments ahead of Union Budget 2018-19.

BSE Sensex rose to a high of 35489.53 with Yes Bank 353.35 (3.17%), IndusIndbank 1703.30 (2.79%), ITC 273.10 (2.71%), HDFC Bank 1936.25 (2.39%), LT 1380 (2.05%) while major losers were Tata Steel 760 (-1.83%), Infy 1141.95 (-0.89%), Asian Paints 1186.25 (-0.66%) and Wipro 323.65 (-0.64%).

In Nifty 50, 25 stocks advanced while 25 declined with YesBank, UPL, ITC, IndusIndBank and HDFC major gainers while Infratel, Hindalco, Vedanta Ltd, Tata Steel and IOC were major losers.

A leading broking firm said that short term short term support levels for Nifty is seen at 10745-10650 levels while resistance is seen at 10860-11000 levels.
