June 14: Smart devices manufacturer Samsung has brought its new Galaxy M40 to India. The phone that comes with an Infinity-O Display and a triple rear camera, is powered by Snapdragon 675.
The presence of Screen Sound technology which will produce audio without an earpiece and a dedicated button to enable voice assistants are the other attractions of the phone. The company had revealed that the phone runs on the Android Pie out-of-the-box with One UI on top. This is the latest phone in the Samsung M series.
By looking at the specifications, one can tell that the phone is set to take on the leading Chinese companies like Realme and Xiaomi. The phone will feature an Infinity-O Display panel with a hole-punch camera design.
As per the statements made by the company’s India operations, the Galaxy M40 will carry a primary camera of 32-megapixel. The Snapdragon 675 SoC will be accompanied by storage of 6GB RAM. The company claims that the hardware is enabled to offer ultra-smooth and super-quick multitasking experience. Apart from this, a record on Google’s Android Enterprise Solutions Directory states that the phone comes with an internal storage of 128GB. Availability of NFC support is also revealed on the website.
