The intelligent automoated rooms are priced above Rs 1.16 cr and designed by leading Singapore architects Minkke Architects and Godrej MeP providing consultancy.

Amit Haware, CEO and Joint MD said that the objective of the company was to affordable provide luxury and state-of-the-art homes within the reach of Indians.

Realty sector analysts said that it may take a few more years for smart intelligent homes to become mainstream in the country due to lower internet bandwidth and lack of sufficient smart home products and solutions in the market.
