Dec 4: Kridhan Infra Ltd (KIL), a Mumbai-headquartered infrastructure solutions firm, on Monday announced that its associate company Vijay Nirman Company Pvt Ltd (VNC) has received an LoI (Letter of Intent) worth Rs 105 crore.
“The company has been mandated to construct major and minor bridges, etc. for Package 4 of the Mumbai – Nagpur Super Communication Expressway in Maharashtra. The project is expected to be completed over a period of 12 months,” it said.
VNC is acclaimed as a leading player in bridge construction in India, with over 30 years of impeccable track-record. The company has seen strong order inflows in FY19 with order book at Rs 32+ bn as on 30th September, 2018.
Kridhan Infra currently owns approximately 41% stake in VNC. Kridhan Infra’s proforma order book after consolidation of VNC in India and Swee Hong in Singapore, stands at Rs 35+ billion, as on 31st March 2018, of which, VNC contributes almost 80%.
