May 3: Kridhan Infra Ltd (KIL), a Mumbai-headquartered infrastructure solutions company, on Wednesday announced that its subsidiary Swee Hong Ltd has successfully won a new order worth Rs 566 million (SG$11.3 Mn) in Singapore.
According to the company, Swee Hong has secured these contracts from the Public Utilities Board for work in respect of proposed sewers in Punggol North Area.
Kridhan has evolved into a leading EPC company in Singapore through the acquisition of Swee Hong Ltd.
Kridhan has recently strengthened its India business through the strategic acquisition of Vijay Nirman Company Ltd (VNC), a pedigreed private construction company based in Visakhapatnam. The company is also in the process of acquiring a 50.5% stake in VNC and currently holds 41.47% stake.
Kridhan Infra shares were trading at Rs 103, up 1.93% from the previous closing of Rs 101.05, on BSE at 11.57 am today.
