JioNews Digital Offering to Bring Personalized Experience to Customers

April 16: Mukesh Ambani-owned Jio which leads the telecom industry at the moment, has launched its digital product JioNews.

The product which will be available in the form of a mobile application and as a web service will offer content including breaking news, live TV, videos, magazines, newspapers and the like.

The new product, to be integrated into JioXpressNews, JioMags and JioNewsPaper, will offer additional features like live TV and videos. The existing users of these products will be migrated to JioNews.

The Jio customers will be offered premium access to all JioNews app features. During the trial period, the non-Jio users can also access the features by logging in to the application.

The app which is made available on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store makes use of machine learning and artificial intelligence to power its content. The app is offered in more than 12 Indian languages.

Content from more than 150 live news channels, 800 magazines, 250 newspapers, popular blogs and news websites in India and around the world is published through JioNews.

A user can personalize the homepage of JioNews by choosing their interest areas like politics, sports, entertainment, business, technology, lifestyle, fashion, career, health, astrology and financial among others.
