July 25: The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) has joined hands with the International Skill Development Corporation (ISDCDirect) for ACCA Qualification alongside their undergraduate degree.
The first ISDC Direct centre was launched at a special event in Kochi on Monday by Lucia Real-Martin, Director Emerging Markets ACCA, Pravinth Rajratnam, Dean of ISDC Direct, T.N.Presad, director of Administration of ISDC, and Mohammed Sajid Khan, Head of International Development ACCA.
Under the terms of the collaboration, ISDC Direct will provide an opportunity for students across India to study the ACCA Qualificationin parallel to their undergraduate degree, through dedicated ISDC Direct centres.
“ACCA, as the global professional body for accountants, is committed to helping enrich young people’s careers, organisations and society; with the professional skills required of finance professionals to contribute to economic growth and development, in India and around the world,” said Lucia Real-Martin, ACCA’s Director for Emerging Markets.
“The new collaboration will enable ISDC Direct to bring ACCA to the young aspirants in India to attain the globally recognized and accepted ACCA Qualification at most affordable price through the ISDC Direct Learning Centre Network across India,” Dean of ISDC Direct Pravinth Rajratnam said.
