May 28: Indo Rama Synthetics (India) Ltd, India’s leading polyester manufacturer, on Monday reported a net loss of Rs 30.29 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2018, as compared to Rs 14.83 crore in the corresponding quarter in the previous year.
For the last quarter, the company’s net revenue stood at Rs 521.08 crore as against Rs 609.81 crore of Q4 of the previous year. The operational EBIDTA for the period stood at Rs 8.84 crore as compared to Rs 9.86 crore in the previous year period.
For the fiscal ended March 31, 2018, the net revenue stood at Rs 2,317.44 crore as compared to Rs 2,729.57 crore in the previous year. The operational EBIDTA is Rs 60.22 crore as compared to Rs 23.76 crore in the last fiscal. The net loss of the company is Rs 82.69 crore for the current financial year as against net loss of Rs 84.03 crore it posted in the previous year.
Shares of the company closed trading at Rs 28.55, up 4.01% from the previous closing of Rs 27.45, on BSE today.
